Jinan Feiyue School takes up the entire second floor of the Cultural Artifacts Building at 136 Jingliu Road, Jinan, Shandong, zip 250001; telephone 0531-87929177, 0531-87929877; website www.jinanfeiyue.com. Jinan Feiyue School was originally established as Feiyue Foreign Language School on May 30, 2004, after receiving approval from the Adult Education Office of the Department of Jinan City, Shandong.
In August, 2007, we created our first branch training school named Zhong Gong School. The following month in September we established another branch training school called Jinan Feiyue Training Center, located on the fourth floor of the Hanting Kuaijie Hotel building. In February, 2008, we will bring into existence a third branch training school in the Lixia District of Jinan which will be named, accordingly, Lixia Branch School. Our goal is to eventually create branch schools in all five municipal districts of Jinan.
Because we also have agreements with more than 20 middles schools, primary schools, and kindergartens in the city, we have become one of the largest training schools in Jinan. In February, with the creation of the Lixia Branch School, our four facilities’ offices and classrooms will expand in area to over 2600 square meters of space.
Our training curriculum, in addition to English classes, also offers courses that include Mathematics for Olympic Math (a preparation for a nationwide maths competition), Chinese written composition, training classes to aid primary students who are soon to enter junior middle high school, and special training classes for students wishing to enter Jinan Foreign Language School.
To ensure classes are both interesting and effective our teachers bring a variety of skills to their teaching assignments of young learners. Outstanding Chinese teachers of English help their students to achieve higher levels of English proficiency. Our foreign teachers re-inforce what students have learned with teaching methods unique to the countries they come from. In addition to “verbal learning,” students also learn a variety of physical gestures known as TPR (Total Physical Response, e.g. “run” “walk” “jump” etc.) to help them remember a number of active verbs, as well as certain hand gestures that correspond to International Phonetic Symbols. All of this creates classes that are of great interest to students of all ages who wish to learn English.

You review 25 lessons per week.
We have a staff of 21 Chinese teachers who teach English.
We need a foreign teacher?°to REVIEW lessons once a week with each class in the presence of the Chinese teacher, to MODEL PRONUNCIATION for the students, and to give children the opportunity to INTERACT with a foreigner.?±
Qualifications:
Native speaker of English
25-60 years of age
B.A. degree
Two years experience teaching
TESOL certified a plus
This job requires energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work with and assist Chinese English language teachers.
