School Introduction
Sino-Australia Modern FLS is an advanced newly-built senior middle school.
It is situated in international kite city - Weifang and in the hometown of vegetables - Shouguang, enjoying beautiful scenery around and pleasant
weather.It’s near beautiful traveling city - Qingdao in the east.The school
was designed by Tongji University, Shanghai, with a special pattern.The school is firstly invested 200.1 million and covers 460mu,with a building area of 120000 square meters. There are 17 different buildings in all, including a multiple building for the office and library, 3 teaching buildings, 5 dormitory buildings for students,4 dormitory buildings for teachers, and 2 buildings for dining. It has many modern facilities for sports and entertainment, including two standard playgrounds, one basketball court, two volleyball courts and two large sports squares for teachers and students. An area of 50000 square meters is covered with grass and trees.
The school is well equipped with modern and advanced facilities-106multi-media rooms, 6 demonstrating rooms, one TV performing and broadcasting hall, one controlling room for campus network, 3 sound rooms, 3 reading rooms, 10 computer rooms,800 computers?,200000 books?, one training center, and 20 labs for physics, chemistry and biology.5000 students are registered with the staff 1000. It has abundant teachers and the educational reaching-level percentage is 100 percentage, including more than 10 graduates with master's degree, 5 foreign teachers and 30 famous part-time teachers.

Major: Education, Linguistics, psychology or others.
Work experience: Having teaching experience is preferable.
Teacher or expert: teacher aged from 30 to 55,with TEFL or TFL certificate
Nationality: American, British, Canadian, Australian or
New Zealand (native English speaker only)
Contract time: half year or one year
Working place: on campus(A computer with free internet connection
is provided in the office for each foreign teacher)
Workload: 15 work hours per week, including class time, English
corner and other possible activities that foreign teachers
might be involved in. 5 workdays per week, from Monday to Friday.
One class lasts for 45 minutes.
Courses to teach: oral English , conversation or writing,
Type of class: middle school students aged from 12 to 18.
Each class has about 35 students.
Starting date: half year: mid August, 2004—mid January,2005
Or one year: mid August,2004—early July,2005)
Monthly salary(RMB):5000,70% of which can be converted into foreign currency.
Air fair: one-way trip but the return international air ticket is also
provided if foreign teachers go back home on completion of one-year contract. And one-way trip for half–year contract.
Traveling allowance: RMB 1100 on completion of the contract
Telephone allowance: RMB 100 per month
Work visa fees: paid by the school
Health benefit: free medical care in school's clinic.
Free Chinese course: 3 class time per week
Accommodation: a private furnished apartment free of charge off campus,
with necessary utensils,including TV set, microwave oven, washing machine,
air-conditioner, telephone,fridge, heating facility, bedrooms with quilts
etc, bathroom with shower, kitchen with cooker . And water, heating are
free and electricity (not more than 100 kwh monthly) are free of charge.
Foreign teacher’s responsibilities:
1.Foreign teachers shall obey Chinese laws and comply with any reasonable arrangement of the school within the contract agreement.
2.Foreign teachers shall be competent for teaching and love teaching, (not
late for class nor miss lessons) and take an active part in all the
activities that foreign teachers might be involved in.
3.Foreign teachers shall accept the school's direction, supervision and evaluation of his/her work.
4.Foreign teachers shall print out lesson plan before class and test students once every two months.
