WORK AND EXPLORE IN JINAN, CHINA Type of Position: Full Time employee Employer: Kingston College www.kingstoncollege.on.ca Affiliated University: Shandong Jinan University, Jinan city Job Opening starting in September 2006 Enjoy teaching as an English Language Teacher at JINAN UNIVERSITY (an established public university in the province of Shangdong) in the WELL-KNOWN ANCIENT city of JINAN (Confucius Hometown, about midway between Beijing and Shanghai.). Requirements: Native English speaker. You should have a university degree with a strong interest in teaching. TESOL or teaching experience of ESL is an asset. An open mind and adventurous spirit. Responsibilities: 1. 20 hours per week of in-class teaching and 20 hours per week of class preparation, office hours and extra-curriculum activities, total 40 working hours per week. 2. Liaison of Kingston College. Report the teaching progress and other matters related to teaching and cooperation with the affiliated college in China. 3. Prepare teaching materials, assignments, tests and student evaluation. Create curriculum if necessary. Benefits: 1. Three meals a day at the teacher's dinning hall are free. 2.
