| Responsibilities:
· Assist in total quality program including charting strategic quality initiatives, establish quality systems, ensure plant effective quality performance and audit quality performance/system · Achieve productivity through effective implementation of Quality Systems · Manage customer quality programs and resolve customer complaints and related issue · Liaise with supplier for process and quality improvement of supplied parts. Responsible for supplier quality audit initiatives. · Manage Six-Sigma programs, including use of its methodology to enhance productivity, · Ensure maximum quality standards are achieved with minimum cost. · Supports manufacturing floor in identifying and correcting on-going quality problems through analyses and subsequent recommendations; · Reviews blueprints / specifications to establish manufacture / gauging feasibility Key Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualifications Over 8 years experience in Quality Management role for leading MNC Excellent knowledge and implementation experience of ISO 9001, & 14001:2000, ISO13485, standards, and QFD, FMEA, SPC, Cpk, DOE, Gage R & R., Six Sigma, and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), etc. Able to communicate in English - Strong personality and result oriented readiness Familiar with plastic injection molding, blow molding, vacuum metallization, uv lacquering, metal forming and anodizing processes Interested parties please send resume in full to the attention of Mr. Ryan Owen at rowen@antal.com.cn.
