| Responsibilities:
Develop a detailed overview of the Power and Energy market landscape and detailed understanding of key stakeholders in priority geographies within China Provide company with a detailed and extensive understanding of the power market standard process inclusive of power grid operations, tariffs and market risk factors Review and provide strategic recommendations regarding potential acquisitions and potential strategic alliances in priority geographies within China Identify and screen potential targets based on their fit with China’s strategic agenda Approach and initiate discussions with potential target companies Lead the project management of all elements of the acquisition process, including management of the due diligence and development the post-acquisition integration plan Key Requirements: MBA or Finance related degree preferred or equivalent professional qualification, top-tier school MBA is highly prefer Extensive senior level experience with China power and energy markets – Preference from Renewable Energy or Hydro Energy sectors A track record of delivering results, building relationships and influencing stakeholders at the most senior level Excellent project management skills and leadership Excellent English written & oral communication skills and presentation skills; Mandarin fluency required Interested parties please send resume in full to the attention of Mr. Ryan Owen at rowen@antal.com.cn.
