Responsibilities:
· Generate sales volume and value through the development and implementation of a structured, time and target sensitive, sales program founded on the principal of pro-active sales · Pro-actively involved in Business Development to attract new business inquiries to the company – Actively attending networking events across relevant sectors · Management of sales activities on a daily basis and monitoring of sales levels to enable accurate and reliable sales forecasts · Utilise sales reports in order to develop clear market and business strategies in order to ensure that sales targets are being met · Undertake core marketing initiatives including database management, competitor analysis, sponsorship and events, initiating local marketing opportunities and partnerships, · Work within Real Estate industry for a clearer understanding of market situation and current trends · Work with clients to support their core needs and oversee major accounts where necessary · Supporting business on handling clients accounts and proactively work to cater towards clients core needs and requirements Requirements: · Over 3 years Business Development / Sales experience required from related fields in Real Estate, Property Management, Property Services · Bachelors Degree in Business related field · Absolute passion and drive for business development and sales and working within a sales orientated environment Interested parties please send resume in full to Mr. Ryan Owen at rowen@antal.com.cn all applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence |
