| JOB DESCRIPTION
Report to China General Counsel. Act as good business partner and guardian to support business operation. Advise on legal and compliance issues arising from or in relation to drug promotional activities, HR matters, clinical trials, manufacturing etc. Assist General Counsel in drafting contracts for business development projects such as product co-promotion, technology licensing. Draft and review various contracts for business operation (see above). Standardize contracts and documents to improve work efficiency and achieve user-friendliness. Manage corporate governance documents e.g. permits and licenses. Pro-actively support the effort to prevent, detect and respond to legal and integrity risks in business operation. Enhance internal control mechanism. Draft and enhance the document quality of compliance policies and standards of practice. Pro-actively support the effort to optimize Company’s China’s legal structure to enable the maximum realization of business objectives. Pro-actively participate in investigation cases for fraud detection. Support Corporate Patent Division to run China IPR litigation cases. Work with outside litigation lawyers on litigation case management. |
