Develop and implement room sales and marketing strategy for for both Franchise and Property hotels of the Company in China. Monitor and analyze room sales and marketing activity against goals. Responsibilities : - Interacts with Marketing and Room Sales with Group company Asia Pacific, DBD of Group company in Parsippany and DBD of Group company Europe - Interacts with Franchisee Owners, GM’s and property sales personnel - Interacts with Travel Distribution Partners, Agents, and Corporate Accounts - Interacts internally with Reservations, FSD, PO, QA, Training, FD, Property Development, IT and Communications Specialist - Constitute HQ sales support policy for franchisee properties, work out DBD service procedure, ensure and supervise service performance, ensure effective feedback. - Management for HR / service / data of RSVN dep. - Franchisee feasibility survey and analysis - Hotel management policy and guideline - Direct and supervise area partner working |
