Description General Purpose To manage the operation of the relevant SAS organization in accordance with Service Description and agreed targets. Main Responsibility Area Defined responsibility area in SAS Solutions, SAS Services or Local SAS. Scope Individual Contributor Variety of complex tasks within area of responsibility, Demonstrates initiative & contributes to problem solving. Managerial/Supervisory May act as Team Leader or Project Leader with some direct supervisory responsibilities in addition to own work assignments. PLANNING SERVICES AND RELATED PROCESS, QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENTS - Defining action plan according to the target setting to improve quality and timeliness of data processing. 2. MANAGING SERVICE DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE - Operating service area according to Service Level Agreement and SAS strategy. Data quality management and efficiency improvement. 3. DRIVING CHANGE MANAGEMENT - Regular activity analysis of own processes to identify areas for improvement and participate in development project deployments. 4. PARTNERING - Continuous interaction with business partners to understand impact of business changes and receive feedback on the current level of service. - Proactive partnership management to secure information sharing and data processing by proposing and agreeing more efficient way of working. 5. PEOPLE LEADERSHIP - Efficient resource management in own team. Leading and coaching people in the own responsibility area. 6. QUALITY - Continuously monitoring performance measures, proposing and implementing ways of enhance quality, lead times and non quality work. - Ensuring that all controls are in place to secure quality, efficiency and timeliness of data processing. Network Business Partners, Other service organizations, SAS Solutions, Steering group members Qualifications Individual Portfolio Typically 4-6 years relevant experience, fully competent. Uses functionally specific knowledge. Degree. Environment Performs day-to-day activates to meet departmental/project objectives. Requires immoderate supervision. Applies commonly recognised concepts within their field of expertise. Shares knowledge with less experienced peers or have high collegial interaction. Raises innovative ideas.
