Your Responsibilities: ·Select and assign possible employees for new projects ·Coordinate different department to reach project target ·Manage information flow (new products, new developments, material problems, customer complaints) ·Play the role of contact person between corporate and local team for some new project ·Lead the project teams ·Over-view all project status Your Profile: ·Education in HTL (Automatic Control engineering); ·Familiar with quality tools like "The 7 Tools"; ·Minimum 5 years as engineer in technical fields; ·Excellent command English; ·Good at using IT tools: MS-Office, e-mail, MS- Project; ·Powerful communication skill with people from different cultural backgrounds; ·Team player & taking initiatives; ·Able to work reliable and independent; ·Good leadership competencies; ·High loyalty If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by teachcn@yahoo.com.cn |
