Business Unit:Retail & Currency Services Store allocation:Beijing Shanghai Nanjing Tianjin Qingdao Reports to:Country Manager - China Role Function and Purpose 1.Ensure the team welcome customers and provides excellent Customer Service; 2.Maximise the teams potential to sell foreign exchange and other 3.Coach the team to ensure they use the sales process to maximise customer service and sales. Key Duties and Responsibilities SALES & BUSINESS GROWTH 1.Sales Coaching Ensure that Sales performance is measured and supported by evaluation and improvement processes 2.Sales Routines Ensure KPIs and benchmarks are drivers of performance Ensure the Sales process is used to maximise sales Use every opportunity to ensure the team are skilled and coached to upsell and cross sell Monitor stores promotional marketing activity Ensure your team deliver excellent customer service Manage till stocks 3.Business Partiners Deliver excellent customer service to business partners. Build loyal relationships with Key decision makers. FINANCIALS 1.Monitor and report cash in tills within the designated region. 2.Track store performance and set objectives 3.Manage till stocks 4.Manage rostering and flexibility of Labour Store Financials 1.Fully investigate overs and shorts (differences), and report 2.Minimise waste and cost OPERATIONS 1.Operational Procedures and Processes Ensure the team adhere to Company and location policy and procedures, including Audit, Risk, Health & Safety, Security and Retail requirements Ensure the team undertake Company training within required timescales Ensure Management checks and controls are routine 2.Audit & Compliance Comply to legal and corporate requirements 3.Inventory Management Manage stock levels PEOPLE MANAGEMENT 1.Manage a team of team leaders providing leadership, development and technical support in the delivery of business objectives in a practicable and operational way. 2.Ensure communication of Travelex values to all team members; 3.Coach and counsel 4.Manage under performance 5.Recognise and reward performance 6.Review and create development plans 7.Recruit in line with legal & Company standards 8.Comply to employment law requirements 9.anage attendance, rostering, salary & overtime costs Qualifications and Experience 1.At least 2 years experience in a manager's role or similar. 2.A sound understanding of: Retail business practices Travelex's products and services foreign exchange products and services and the operation of foreign exchange markets 3.Advanced financial and commercial analysis capabilities. 4.Demonstrated overall operational excellence including administration, attention to detail and management of a multitude of tasks. 5.Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate and inspire a team of team leaders 6.Demonstrated external and internal relationship management expertise at an operational level. 7.Proven time management skills. 8.Demonstrated internal relationship management expertise at an operational level. 9.Excellent influencing and communications skills and high levels of personal confidence and self-sufficiency. 10.Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Power point and Outlook. 11.Availability must be from Monday to Sunday.
