| RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Prepare technical proposal & resource balance for respective small project -Work as communication interface and monitor with local design institute -Define and control material specification based on Company’s conception and principle guide line -Response for all documentation update according to project and/or process improvement result -Planning, fulfill and allocate utility resource for whole site operation -A1-A4 HSE audit for small project -Training to end user before commissioning for small project REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelor Degree and above, preferably majored in Chemical Engineering -5 years experience of operation management or project management in the Chemical Industry -Process safety and risk management -Fluent English / Good communication and coordination skills -Familiar with project management procedures, coordination with local government, constraints of Chemical sites -Decent experience in both chemical (fine chemical is preferable) process and project management with good command of English and strong ability in communication. -精细化学，工艺，农作物科学 If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by teachcn@yahoo.com.cn or ray@leaderassociates.net |
