Objectives fo the Position 1.1 Achieve Target sales figures as set out by Management 1.2 Achieve Target Margins as per Management directives 1.3 Maintain existing and develop new accounts 1.4 Retain ownership of target projects Main Tasks 1.1 Identify potential projects and products 1.2 Enter all projects onto BCCSH Project Tracking system 1.3 Submit weekly activity reports 1.4 Conduct business in professional manner 1.5 Subscribe to Company procedures for filing on Quotes, Contracts etc 1.6 Collection of existing and outstanding Debts 1.7 Work in tandem with all Distributors and Applicators and assist with their endeavours nominated localities ( where applicable ) 1.8 Maintain confidentiality on any company business 1.9 Route project information in other areas, to relevant individuals 1.10 Improve call and visit ratios to customers as well as prompt responses to enquiries 1.11 Effective planning for forthcoming week's activities 1.12 Conduct product application trial with customers Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position - Education: University Degree - Working Experience: 2-3 years with client, contractors or designer in the construction industry - Technical & professional Knowledge: Knowledge of concrete and admixture application an advantage.
