| A renowned US IT Company, possessed five distributives in China, is looking for a senior IT manager from Taiwan. The Company requires the successful candidate should be a citizen in Taiwan of China. Duties and Responsibilities Develop IT strategy in support of the company’s mission and core objectives in China. Develop an annual business plan and operating budget for the department and monitor the implementation of these to ensure that the financial targets are met. Direct the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures, standards & guidelines relating to information and telecommunication systems. Direct, control and motivate the staff of the China Local-IT department Accountable for the management, mentoring and career development of all China Local-IT staff. Responsible for researching and evaluating new technologies Direct, attend and participate in staff meetings and related activities; attend workshops to keep up to date with Information Technology issues. Perform other duties as may be assigned by upper management. Qualifications BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, with 10+ years of industry experience. Proven 5+ years of senior IT Management experience A proven track record of driving and defining complex IT strategy. Exceptional communication skills are essential in order to explain complex IT concepts to non technical colleagues Experience of managing multiple IT disciplines i.e. network design, technical support, systems architecture etc. A broad understanding of computer systems, applications and operating systems. In depth experience of negotiating with and managing third parties Preferably with CCIE, CCNP, MCSE, CISA or CISSP certificate. |
