1 At the sales and marketing level (before getting the order)
- To analyze the Chinese market for this kind of line, and analyze the competitors,
- To analyze the tender documents issued by the Client,
- To design the main parameters of the Line and define the equipment,
- To prepare the line lay out drawing (together with engineering team),
- To write the technical specification to be submitted to the Client (with engineering team assistance),
- To prepare the cost estimation (together with purchasing department),
- To prepare the bid to the Client,
- To attend the technical meetings and negotiation with the Client and follow up the project up to its conclusion.
