6) Designing /programming/ supervising Chinese teaching plan and syllabus for each level
7) Testing (Placement test/weekend quiz/mid-term test/Final test) and Curriculum design
8) Recruitment and selection and interview language instructor and tutor
9) Training language instructors and tutors
