Position : Customer Service Manager

Role and Responsibility

  •   Review product description and web design
  •   Lead customer representatives to handle customer requests throughout the order process
  •   Monitor reviews on open platform and manage blogs, organize marketing campaign through social media
  •   Conduct market research and support SEM/SEO manager on online marketing activities

 

Requirements

  • Native in one of the following languages (Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Arabic, Russian)
  • University degree
  • Open minded, patient, and good communication skills
  •   Fluent English or Chinese capability
  •   Passionate about ecommerce, marketing and customer service; strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; strong leadership and ownership
  • At least 2 years working experience; customer relationship, international trading or e-commerce related experience preferred
