Bar Manager / Mixologist

·130 seating capacity Latin-themed restaurant just opened this early September at South Bund, which is part of a group composed of six other already-existing successful venues in Shanghai. With the main focus on cocktails, we are looking for a Latino expert mixologist to cooperate with the award-winning cocktail team and to create the BEST cocktail menu in Shanghai.
Job Description
·Develop the cocktail menu together with the management team
·Responsible for the daily operation of the bar
·Deal with suppliers, placing orders, product deliveries, and ensure order and invoice accuracy
·Bar staff selection, management and training
·Monitor and ensure the quality and satisfaction of the customers
Requirements
·Minimum of 2 years of experience in cocktail mixology
·Proficient English and Chinese speaker; advanced Spanish speaker preferred
·Ability to bring innovative ideas & concepts to the business
·Be able to work flexible work hours and handle over-hours on busy days
· Familiar with suppliers and the local F&B industry
