Filing Clerk (行政外勤)
? File China immigration documents for our clients at related government agencies
? Meet with clients and assist them with certain immigration formalities, including visa applications and medical exams
? Collect and return legal documents from/to our clients
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in English or Hotel Management
? Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
? Experience in administration or HR is preferred
? At least one year experience with the visa application process is required.
? Superior problem solving skills
? The ability to work as a part of a team and independently as required
? Strong work ethic and commitment to providing world-class client service
? Experience working in a hotel is preferred
