HR Supervisor
Job Purpose:
Design and implement recruitment process that will ensure that YCIS Shanghai hires top quality talents to help achieve both educational and business goals. Assist Head of HRD in daily supervision of HR staff. Conduct research into local labor market and make necessary recommendations to ensure our compensation and benefits package remain competitive.
Duties:
· Design and implement recruitment process for recruiting foreign and Chinese staff;
· Continuous review of current salary structure, conduct research on market trends and provide suggestions to Head of HRD as needed;
· Expand and develop existing recruiting network;
· Daily supervision of HR operations;
· Double checking of staff compensation and benefits data as prepared by HR Officer and HR Assistant Supervisor;
· Assist Head of HR in preparing budget proposal and implementing budgetary control
