Factory Manager
Our client is an international company engaged in manufacture of electrical components with seven production facilities in North America, Canada, Mexico and China, looking to fulfill the position of a Factory Manager based in Jiaxing.
The Factory Manager, will manage facility resources (people, inventory, equipment, tooling) in a manner that insures optimum levels of customer service, product quality, on-time delivery, low costs and overall profitability.
Key Results Areas
§ Supervise, evaluate and develop all direct reports
§ Manage the order acquisition process and grow facility sales through coordination with the Company’s sales force and emphasize superior customer service
§ Manage the order fulfillment process to insure 100% quality and on-time delivery in the most efficient, cost effective manner possible
§ Work with other sister facilities to transfer work for optimum quality, service, lead time and costs across the total company
