Our Client, a US Company with a Factory in China , Jiaxing is looking to fulfill a Sales Manager Position .
Summary of Essential Job Responsibilities:
§ Phone, email, and visit customers with a disciplined consistency to communicate our ability to satisfy their requirements.
§ Become a technical expert in customer applications with an ability to communicate how our products and services can satisfy their requirements.
§ Work with the market managers from corporate to identify sales opportunities at foreign corporations conducting operations in China.
§ Research customer opportunities to repeat application successes while identifying new prospective applications for our products.
§ Implement and utilize our company’s Customer Relationship Management software to document and follow up on customer opportunities in a consistent and disciplined manner.
§ Accurately respond to customer inquiries and quote requests in an expeditious and complete manner.
§ Assist in customer order processing as necessary to satisfy customer requirements in a timely manner.
§ Follow up with customers to verify their satisfaction while seeking further opportunities for additional business.
§ Model ethical and moral behavior consistent with the values and ideals of the Corporate Head Quarter.
Other Duties:
§ Assist in the development of marketing materials for the market (newsletters, technical bulletins, and handbooks) to communicate our capabilities to prospective customers.
§ Follow up on job cost performance using gross margin reports and make necessary quotation adjustments for repeat business.
§ Track and maintain the dedicated inventory used to service the customer base.
