Job responsibilities:
ü Double Degree Program with a Chinese partner university in Shanghai : management of the program and assistance to the students and the professors participating in the program.
ü Internship Program in Asia : assistance and identification of new internship opportunities for Bocconi students and new graduates, with a special focus on Italian, Chinese and multinational companies. Relations and monitoring of existing partnerships.
ü Short Programs in Asia : management and support to Bocconi staff for organisational matters, before and during the programs (such as: Campus Abroad and EMBA Study Tour); liaison with local partners.
ü Exchange Program : identification and evaluation of new potential partner schools in China; relations and monitoring of existing collaborations;
ü International Marketing and Recruitment : support Bocconi International Recruitment Office in implementing promotional activities in China and in identifying new marketing opportunities (fairs, exhibitions, seminars, etc.) for Chinese students recruitment.
ü Other activities : assistance liaison with and assistance to Bocconi students taking part in international programs in China; processing of internship applications for Chinese institutions. Support to Chinese students coming to Bocconi (as exchange students or as full-time students) with all the administrative procedures that are necessary in order to obtain the student visa (pre-enrolment to the Embassy or the Consulate, preparation of the necessary documents, visa request, etc.) Assistance to other Bocconi units involved in activities in China.
