Position: Clinic Manager
Our organization is an expat medical and dental clinic. As we continue to expand our reach we seek to add an experienced, hands-on and Clinic Manager to our team to lead and manage both of our clinics in Shanghai.
You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the clinical and office staff; maintaining and finding ways to improve department productivity; supervising staff activity to ensure everyone is operating as a team to maximize efficient patient flow and customer satisfaction, and maintaining the team's focus on our core value that the patient is our number one priority.
Requirements:
-Masters (MPA/MPH/MBA) in business, healthcare management or other related field, and some leadership experience in a high volume direct customer service environment.
-Nursing degree preferred
-Medical/Dental operations experience required. You should also have demonstrated leadership skills in creating a motivated customer focused work team, assessing, establishing and improving work processes, and dealing with ambiguity.

Bilingual ability in FLUENT Chinese and English
