FCG Shanghai, Legal Entity Controller, Analyst
Position Description: We are looking for a professional candidate in our Finance team in Shanghai principally for Legal Entity Control related functions and also support Account Payable function:
1.Support month-end closing processes, e.g. expense accrual, journal booking and review, bank reconciliation.
2.Support China GAAP monthly reporting and statistic survey preparation.
3.Prepare check requests, billings, tax Fapiao and related bookings.
4.Check payment documents and support bank payment work.
5.Check FX income bank-in date and contact with banks to verify FX claim details.
6.Support the Finance team for document filing and management.
7.Assist the team during audit period for document preparing, printing and proof reading.
8.Support general ledger system maintenance.
9.Support new business initiatives and projects.
Skills Required:
- Industry Knowledge and Experience: University degree with relevant accounting qualifications and knowledge of local regulations in China, with a t least 1-2 years of work experience in accounting, auditing or finance areas with international firms in China.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in written and spoken English as well as Chinese (Putonghua) to efficiently and constructively engage with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Computer Literacy: Ability to use and operate via Microsoft Office suite of applications.
