Assistant to Chairman
Responsibilities :
1. Provide efficient assistance and support to the Chairman for any issues both at home and abroad
2. Organize and attend meetings, take meeting minutes and assist the Chairman in preparing the meetings
3. Help the Chairman to learn English
4. Handle personal matters of Chairman, including daily schedule, business trip schedule, etc
5. Complete other tasks assigned by Chairman
Qualification:
1. English native speaker(no limited for who has overseas education ,living or working experience or those who can use English as their mother language) with good communication skills in Chinese. Live in Shanghai.
2. Good use of all office equipments and office software, especially Word, Excel, Outlook.
3. Self-driven, eager to learn new things and work in fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure.
5. Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills are required.
6. Ensure a strong sense of confidentiality on information.
Weekdays from 9:00am to 17:30pm. Start as soon as possible..
Provide work visa.
