We are seeking professional Hospital Receptionists for our pet hospitals in Beijing.
Hospital Receptionists receive clients and patients, coordinate all appointments with our doctors, handle all client payments, and retail and OTC pet product sales. Every appointment, client & patient record and invoice is managed through our sophisticated pet hospital management system.
Bi-lingual communication skills are essential (Mandarin/English), as is customer service capabilities, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work in a very fast-paced front-line job.
We have open positions in Shunyi District (Euro Plaza) and in Chaoyang Park and Central Business District (CBD)
