Production Manager
Job Description
Fast paced, full solution WOFE engineering and manufacturing firm seeking experienced Production Manager with 2-5 years experience in manufacturing of automotive and industrial parts. Strong initiative required along with the ability to help grow an outstanding world class operation. Organization and problem solving skills will be just some of the required talent areas. Prefer Bachelor degree however experience may be a good substitute. Manufacturing experience in injection molding plastics and/or cable manufacturing and high mix low volume assembly experience preferred. TS16949 or other ISO based quality experience is needed.
Good communication and project coordination capacity. Good career progression, leadership and team play along with the ability to handle increasing responsibility. Ability to overcome barriers to achieving goals and objectives while maintaining good relationships with co-workers and US based design/Program Managers, strong ability to listen, speak, reading and write English, at least CET4.
