Business Development Manager / Business Planning / Strategic Planning Manager

Responsibilities:
Front-End-Loading (FEL) Program is to build company's talent pool to support the aggressive growth plan in China. Participants in this FEL program will be put on challenging and substantial assignment. They will have the opportunity to move into another key leadership position in around a 12 month’s period to gain broader experiences and assume bigger responsibilities.
1. Understand market trend and competition dynamics to develop country sales strategy
2. Manage overall growth initiatives and be accountable for results of selective immediate-term growth initiatives and/or gap-closing plans
3. Lead and drive sales effectiveness improvement , i.e. sales competencies and development initiatives, including distributor management, customer segmentation, pricing excellence and NPS customer satisfaction under regional guidance
4. Roles can possibly include: New Business Development & Business Planning
