International Premier Company can now offer a position for an Experienced Administration Manager, who will also assist the Regional Business Manager in China, based in Shanghai.
The position requires the successful applicant to take responsibility for all administration matters, and assist the Regional Business Manager as required.
Reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager, it is essential the successful applicant will have the following skills.
Previous experience as an Administration Manager, or a similar position
Experience in the working environment of a foreign company and management systems
Excellent written and oral English competency is essential, with excellent comprehension skills
Organised, focused and the ability to meet deadlines
Competency in computer use and software such as Microsoft
Ability to learn new systems and procedures
Excellent people skills and the team building ability to help others excel in the company
