JOB TITLE:Staffing Specialist
LOCATION: Shanghai
Recruiting excellence
? Serve as a key member of Cargill China HRSSC and accountable for implementing staffing strategies for assigned positions to ensure achievement of business objectives by identifying successful talents
? Play as a consulting role to understand business requirements, assist hiring managers to understand external labor market & etc.
? Interview, test, select talents and recommend to hiring managers/BU HR for further assessment to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
? Prepare internal and external job advertisements, internet posting, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other information so that potential applicants have the information they need.
? Establish China talent database as one of the sourcing channels to identify the right talents
On boarding program
? Implement pre-on-boarding process once successful talents are identified, such as preparing offer letter, checking references, informing hiring managers and relative departments & etc. .
? Manage the new-hire on-boarding procedure and deliver new-hire orientation programs.
? Handle the employee exit process
Staffing activities & projects as assigned
? Work as a key member to implement recruitment projects, such as Cargill China campus recruitment, functional talent recruitment campaign & etc.
? Work as a key member for Talent data base set up, assessment tool, e-system, vendor management, staffing reporting , etc.
? Other projects as assigned 20%
