Position: HR Manager – Staffing
Report to:General Manager – Human Resources
Work Location: Shanghai
Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for the Staffing function to recruit, integrate, deploy, & retain personnel needed for the business operation and organization development.
Major Job Duties:
· Prepare strategic manpower plan to cope with the talent need for business growth
· Formulate the recruitment & retention strategy and monitor the proper implementation of the defined strategy
· Direct and monitor the recruitment activities to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness of staff recruitment
· Establish effective channel for sourcing candidates and build up candidate pool
· Direct involvement in the recruitment of senior managerial level positions
· Drive the on-boarding process to integrate new employees into the organization
· Monitor the process of internal job redeployment and relocation to ensure compliance of the related HR policies
· Analyze the market conditions and turnover trend, and make recommendations to management for appropriate actions
