Objective
The social media representative is responsible for managing the social media activities of Energize clients. Based on a ‘Social Media Handbook’, the social media representative listens, tracks, follows, joins and initiates conversations with the target group of the brand. With the goal to attract new fans and create loyal followers on different social media platform, the social media representative knows how to engage people. Furthermore, the social media representative keeps track of the performance and reports this to the operations manager.
