International Language Schools Expansion Director
Role Description:
*** International Language Schools are *** overseas language schools which provide the opportunity for Chinese students who are 16 years old plus , to go to English speaking countries, i.e. UK, US, Canada, Australia and Singapore and other language speaking countries like Spain, Italy, Germany to learn other languages. Students will stay in host family or students residence; course length is very flexible, can be 2 to 52 weeks long. Also Every Monday courses can start with lots of flexibilities.
Also *** International Language Schools offer University preparation courses, Pre-Master, Pre-MBA courses and other long –term study abroad courses.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, coordination of operational activities, development and leadership of sales staff, and P&L control. The Expansion Director is a pivotal one at *** and a popular launch-pad for senior management globally.
As the Sales Director candidate need to have solid marketing and sales experience to lead 4-10 sales teams based in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou , Shenzhen and other secondary cities to drive sales growth by 50-60 % per year. Also candidate needs to have daily communication with head office in Zurich (Switzerland) to ensure the seamless communication on marketing, sales and service in course towns mainly in US, UK, Australia, Canada and Singapore.
