Outline
1 、 Take responsibility for communicating with customers via various mediums, meeting with clients at our office, providing accurate and timely information to each and every student;
2 、 Keep up-to-date records of each student, then subsequently follow-up;
3 、 Be confident in conducting contractual negotiations with students, and help students with the application process;
4 、 Cooperate with the Documentation team to ensure that each student has the optimum chance of going to their preferred school;
5 、 Maintain conduct with students to provide excellent long-term service. Responsible for providing professional guidance in applying for a visa and all other tasks. EBF is not an agent but rather an education service provider!
Job Requirements
1 、 Bachelor’s degree or above; good English-speaking skills;
2 、 Having between 1 and 3 years of experience in the Education and/or Sales and/or Management field preferred;
3 、 Have an interest in education, honest individual and trustworthy;
4 、 Familiar with education abroad (perhaps you have studied abroad previously);
5 、 Good marketing and organizational skills; quick learner; mould into our company culture;
6 、 Aged 25-40; in good health; Preference for those currently based in Shanghai.
