Associate 4+ years M&A - at least 4 years post qualification legal experience - solid experience in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions - general corporate law and employee relations experience - have experience working in China - similar experience in an international law firm - native Mandarin with close to native fluency in English and high level English drafting and writing skills
