Recruitment Supervisor
Major responsibilities:
- Work with line managers to predict, identify staffing needs and determine appropriate hiring strategies to meet the business needs and growth demand of each service line;
- Market UFH as "Employer of Choice" through development of best practice hiring model and professionalism of all our recruiters;
- Coach and advise line managers on recruitment manner and skills;
- Act as the key recruiter for physician and managerial positions for Shanghai Market;
- Be the main contact and resource point for Staffing Committee;
- Conduct new hire survey and propose follow-up action based on the findings;
- Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key targeted vocational schools, colleges and universities for pipeline graduates and employer brand promotion;
- Establish and maintain external network with other companies and service agencies;
