We are seeking an Operations Manager to manage a wide range of general office work at our office.
Candidates should be committed to the goals of Stepping Stones, interested in volunteerism and preferably interested in a long-term career in the not-for-profit sector. As part of a small team, candidates should be smart, self-motivated, quick and eager to learn, well-organised with a positive attitude, good at working both independently and as part of a team, and available to work flexible hours (including some weekend work), mostly from our office.
Chinese national candidates are preferred, with at least 4 years of working experience. Corporate experience in an international company will be very helpful. S/he should be experienced in managing office finances, have good all-round I.T. skills, and be good at managing government relations. Good project management skills and fluency in English will also be an asset.
