The successful applicant will not only have the chance to lead one of the core cities of Gaopeng but will be responsible for the growth of the whole company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
§ Monitoring sales staff and micromanagement of each city’s sales directors
§ Enforcing KPI and maintaining a goal oriented attitude toward operating budget and sales/profit targets
§ Acting as a conduit between Shanghai/Beijing Hub and the local staff
§ Handling HR decisions for sales staff and recruitment of agents to increase sales productivity
Required Skills:
§ English fluency (to be tested)
§ Prior sales experience and team management skills
§ Prior online/e-commerce related experience (B2C ideally)
§ Proven record of meeting sales targets
