BASIC FUNCTION
Directs the activities of the Kohler Brand Marketing function, including product management, new product development, market research, and preparation of annual and long-range marketing programs to provide a satisfaction of consumer needs and constant growth and optimum profits. Responsible for developing a cooperative working relationship between Marketing and other Group and Division functions.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Directs the preparation of annual and long-range marketing plans and programs, which include projected marketing strategy, marketing penetration, new products, and promotional efforts for All Kohler Brand in K&B Asia Pacific including Kallista and Ann Sacks.
2. Directs and coordinates product and channel management so as to assure advertising planning, promotions, and marketing penetration are consistent with the annual and long-range marketing plan and is consistent with target consumer needs and market potential.
3. Directs the activities of the market research department involved in identification of consumer needs, market potential, trends, research, analysis of sales records, and problem identification
