Hospitality Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
Guest and Staff Experience
· Provide a pleasant and efficient experience to all visitors . Serve as host for all guests: Clients, Vendors, Employees from other offices
· Professionally administer all phone calls
· Coordinate accommodation and transportation (staff and clients in-bound and out-bound)
Manage in-house Service (Conference Rooms, catering, kitchen)
· Make sure all conference rooms are in very clean and orderly condition for every meeting
· Ensure supplies are consistent organized and fully stocked
· Order present and service for meetings and other functions, make periodic checks as appropriate
Admin
· Manage the organization of the kitchen and office supply room ensuring all supplies are fully stocked at all times
· Order, receive and coordinate weekly supply deliveries
· Maintain the appearance and organization of the kitchen and office supply closet
· Responsible for receptionist and office administrative activities
