This person will work with our client which is one of the top five investment banks in the world.
Job Description:
Co-ordinate travel and large conference meetings with different financial institutions into the PRC Liaising with vendors
- travel agents, airlines, hotels, to book tickets and arrange the schedule Liaising with Corporates, clients and own staff who will participate in the tours
Expense management: The admin assistant will be the single point of contact for all expense settlement processes
Qualifications/Experience: A strong command of English and Mandarin (verbal and written); must be a confident and effective communicator
Ability to work under pressure, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with local colleagues (e.g. accounts, travel desk) and overseas
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong attention to detail - VERY IMPORTANT At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
