Business Development Manager – Shanghai
Job description
- To work in the Contact Logistics Department of Geebox while keeping in line
with company strategy and general policy,
- Compile monthly sales report to management as required
- Plan and make sales calls by visits, phone calls and direct mail, to both new prospects and existing customers
- Document and distribute internally relevant customer information
- Broad customer contact, handling customer inquiries and customer problems
- Work closely together with sales colleagues and related functions in order to maximize sales potentials and meet the total business goals
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with target and existing
accounts and assure that sales services of companies.
- Provide responsible supervision and control for all department activities.
Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates
- University degree or equivalent
- Four to five years experience with documented sales record
- Experience of 3PL and contract logistics industry
Necessary Technical / Functional Skills
- Understand contract logistics project Handling Procedures
- Understanding of contract logistics Market & Rates
- Strong sense of professional integrity both from a customer stand-point and internally within the company
- Fluent in both written & spoken English
- Good inter-personal skills and outgoing.
- A cooperative and supportive team player.
- Immediately available is preferred.
- Network/contacts within the international logistics industry
