We are seeking for a Merchandiser with 2~3 years relevant experience:
Requirements:
At least 2 years relevant experience in sourcing of Construction material.
Ability to lead and manage a procurement project
Sound extensive network in China & Asia
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English is a must
Flexible, dynamic, detail minded and proactive
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and self – motivated.
Easy going and positive minded
Result oriented
Regular Travel in China / Asia
Role:
Develop and implement procurement strategies designed to engage in cost reduction and improvement of quality, services and delivery of the suppliers;
Responsible for sourcing to support global new product development; explore and develop sourcing database;
Review prices, suppliers’ performance in terms of delivery, quality and responsiveness, initiate negotiation and ensure they are providing the most cost effective services and consistent quality;
To ensure company Purchasing Policies and procedures.
Manage procurement projects from sourcing to supplier qualification and quality control follow up.
