As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible delivery full cycle recruitment service to our client, you will be:
1, Handling recruitment assignment independently in your focus business discipline.
2, Communicate with client to understand their business needs and provide recruitment solution for them.
3, Set up candidate sourcing strategy, identify and evaluate target candidates according client’s requirement.
4, Solve all conflict and problem during the whole process such as interview arrangement, offer negotiation, reference check etc.
5, Business development
Qualifications: 1, Bachelor or above degree in relative discipline 2, At least 2 years working experience with open personality, related recruitment or headhunter experience are preferred 3, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4, Result driven and strong desire to success 5, Willing to take challenges and able to work under great pressure 6, Target driven and hungry to successes. 7, Fluent in Mandarin and English
