Key Job Tasks Performed
1. Review and comment MEP drawings submitted by tenant according to Shanghai Centre existing systems
2. Design and develop MEP drawings if needed
3. Analyze and improve MEP system in the complex
4. Work with other team members as well as other departments to solve problems throughout ongoing projects
5. Assist managers with MEP system operation and management
6. Conform to the rules and regulations of the employment contract
Requirements
1. knowledge of building MEP system
2. knowledge of Auto CAD
3. more than 3 years designing working experience
4. be able to work under pressure
