We are a dynamic and fast-growing international startup company for design furniture and accessories based in Munich and Shanghai. We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team in Shanghai.
Key Tasks Include
Managing customer relationships to ensure a superior shopping experience
Maintaining standards for a high-quality customer service
Ensuring timely response to all customer requests regarding products, orders, etc.
Supporting customers in their purchasing decisions
Tracking timely delivery of orders and address any issues pro-actively
Coordinating with other teams and ensure that customer insights get reflected in processes accordingly
Assisting in translating product and process guides from German to English or French
Requirements
Experience in customer service and customer relationship management
Outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
Attention to detail
Passion for design and furniture
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Very reliable and diligent
Self-confident even in stressful situations
Must be fluent in French and English
Multi-lingual skills(French, Spanish, Dutch) would be a plus
Willingness to work in line with Central European business hours
Previous sales experience a plus
