Supervisor: Managers and Directors
Overall Purpose :
As HR Coordinator, you will support Managers and directors to organize and lead development on Human Resources Program in our Shanghai Office. You will help enforce and develop policies to ensure that our staff are performing to potential through evaluations, trainings, and other resources and tools.
Roles & Responsibilities:
·Planning for HR needs and developing job descriptions
·Responsible for corporate recruitment, hiring, evaluation and exit procedures for staff;
·Work with managers and directors to evaluate employee performance and administer employee evaluations
·Lead staff training and professional development programs for staff
·Plan and lead team building activities
·Manage the annual labor inspections and other related tasks
·Timely report critical changes of Chinese labor laws, such as the change of social benefits, work permit systems, etc.
·Assist Tractus employees and clients to obtain relevant papers to work/get into China
·Establish effective program for developing talent and retention of staff
