Job Summary
Located in Shanghai and reporting to HR Manager, the incumbent shall:
- Be responsible for leading and coaching talent acquisition consultant staff in support of all recruitment activity in China to ensure hiring meets forecast expectations
- Be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in the talent acquisition process for candidates and business partners
- Assist in the integration of complex business factors to build talent acquisition strategies and employment branding that lead to achievement of business objectives
