The Service Matter Expert is responsible for delivering the services as defined in the CMST Service Portfolio, specifically for the Philips online domain, supporting the local markets with product content creation and publication of local initiatives, promotions and campaigns.
Key tasks
Daily Activities
Delivers support related to service requests and incidents as defined in the CMST Service Portfolio
(Cross-) system functional support on related business applications in the Philips content management chain.
Content management for online publication of local initiatives, promotions and campaigns: ATG
Trains and deploys new and existing tooling and processes relevant to the local markets
Is familiar with web analytics and the implementation of it (Omniture)
Understands and supports the social media universe for Philips
Key Skills required
University education
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Chinese)
Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in online Quality focus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
Good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
